About the Role
Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bathroom Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of bathroom and wet area renovations, ensuring high-quality finishes, compliance with building codes, and exceptional client satisfaction.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in home improvement or construction—particularly bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries—who thrives on managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with trades, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bathroom renovation projects from planning to completion
- Liaise with Occupational Therapists and interpret OT reports and specifications
- Engage and coordinate subcontractors/trades for plumbing, tiling, electrical, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Australian building codes and accessibility standards
- Use project management software (e.g., Simpro) to schedule and track work progress
- Manage budgets, timelines, and quality control across multiple concurrent projects
- Conduct site visits, contractor inductions, and ensure safety compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation and client communication
What You Bring
- Proven experience in home improvement, bathroom, kitchen, or laundry renovations
- A solid network of reliable trades or access to your own preferred subcontractors
- Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and compliance standards
- Experience using project management software such as Simpro (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand OT reports and renovation specifications
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability
- A can-do attitude, team mindset, and motivation to make a difference
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid Victorian driver's license and insured vehicle
- National Police Check (within the past 3 months) or willingness to obtain one
