We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Project Coordinators to join our Fixed Networks team in Shailer Park. These roles offer you the opportunity to split your time between the office and working from home. One role is full time permanent and the other is a temporary / fixed term role (full time with potential for ongoing).

**About the Role**
In this role you will be responsible for effectively co-ordinating the end-to-end project activities that lead to the successful Wideband Panel order completion. This includes order receipting, scoping and quoting, construction planning and task management; and reporting and updating Ventia and Client databases.

Your duties will include:

- Planning and scheduling internal resources and contractors to meet required outputs. This includes analysing construction tasks, selecting appropriate resources, coordinating work task and work order surveillance
- Compiling scoping quotes and submitting these to clients
- Coordinating high volume and concurrent Wideband Panel work orders to achieve delivery on time
- Issue tickets of work with daily follow up with subcontractors, field managers, area supervisors to obtain the status of each task and project
- Respond and escalate issues and follow through to rectification
- Prioritise activities against daily program and liaison with appropriate project staff
- Ensuring comprehensive records are established and maintained to assist in decision making
- Update Ventia and Client Systems with accurate daily information showing the current status of projects
- Ensuring relevant stakeholders’ requirements are met by building and maintaining productive internal and external relationships
- Contributing towards a culture of “Safety and Health above all else”

**About You**
- Minimum of 2 years industry experience
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar (advantageous)
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Basic understanding of the Telecommunications Network
- Experience in managing subcontractors in a construction environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound problem solving abilities
- Strong computer skills
- Be diligent with high attention to detail
