**Job Description Summary**:

- Day-to-day coordination, allocation, scheduling, and complete tracking of field tasks.
- Communication with on-field supervisors directly to manage all pre-field services workflows, enquiries, and information validation.
- Responsible for accurate and timely entry of information in various client systems related but not limited to: - job claims and invoicing - General notes and updates on current scheduling status. etc
- Acts as an escalation point for a respective order under the manager's control and management.
- Respond to incoming phone queries.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information where required.
- Demonstrate role model behaviour in punctuality, reliability, collaboration, and compliance with AAG’s Code of Conduct, Work Health & Safety policies, and more comprehensive business policies and procedures.

**About You**

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Previous work experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with a continuous improvement focus.
- The role is based in an office in South-West Sydney with a great team to work with._
