We have an amazing new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the Merchandise Operations Support Team on a 12-month Fixed term contract.

If you have robust organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines (and keep others on track to do the same) - then this role is for you

This role is responsible for the coordination, facilitation and implementation of project Horizon activities whilst tracking progress on change and deployment plans.

What you’ll do

Coordinate the implementation of project activities

Ensure test plans, scenario’s and scripts are available prior to testing

Track progress of testing plans

Communicate testing status including defects

Track progress on change and deployment plans

Assess deployment readiness

Collaborate with change & training teams on hyper care and training needs

What you’ll bring

Project coordination

High level of organisational skills

Intermediate Excel and other MS Office and Outlook

Excellent time management skills

Ability to communicate at all levels
