**Job Description**:
**Position Purpose**

This role will work in the Sydney design office, as part of a team and will provide support to the Engineering team with coordination, registering, tracking, consolidating and reporting detailed work activities for new projects. This role will also look after the Engineering team mailbox by allocating requests to other team members to action. Along with this a daily support for quality documentation, developing tools and templates are also expected.

**Specific Tasks**
- Project setup and creation within SAP
- Maintain SAP sales orders and production order BOM
- Assist the design team in document management
- Compilation of Manufacturer Data Reports
- Compilation of production work pack
- Provide effective coordination and management of key project documentation
- Coordination of tasks and follow up on actions and approvals
- Performs additional related duties as requested or required in design engineer position description

**Qualifications**:
**Position Requirements**
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong planning and organisational skills with a high level of self-initiative
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage projects and tasks at one time
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within specified timeframes
- SAP Production (PP) module experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
