**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Assist the Service Division Team with coordinating reactive service and preventative maintenance to meet Customer targets.
- Provide Administrative and service support for the team
- Coordinate and schedule electrical service appointments.
- Manage service orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Collaborate with electricians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Follow up on work completion dates and keep clients informed about quotations and timelines.
- Coordinate all invoicing for projects including accounts payable and accounts receivable

**Qualifications & Experience Required**:

- Experience in service coordination within the trade/construction industry (desirable).
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating trades to achieve targets
- Flexible and adaptable to support divisional team
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willing to develop skills & learn new skills
