- Stability: Permanent Full-Time and part-time opportunities
- Training: 4/6 weeks full-time PAID training + consolidation
- Roster: The centre operates between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday, with the flexibility to work extended hours.

About the Role

As a Customer Service professional with Serco, you will be servicing customer inbound calls on behalf of an Australian Government department via our Essendon fields contact centre.

To be considered for this role we require employees to:

- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Minimum of Two jabs) to ensure the safety and well-being of our people.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- You will also need to complete pre-employment checks including relevant security clearances and psychometric profiling
