**About the role**:
We are seeking a **Medical Receptionist** **for a** part-time position, 23.75 hours, 3 days per-week.** Upon commencement you will receive a dedicated training program that includes a full orientation and induction, online compliance training, and support from your Practice Manager and colleagues. We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality care to our patients at the highest level.

You will be responsible for greeting our patients, supporting our doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.

**About you**:

- Previous medical administration or reception experience, minimum 3 years.
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience with Best Practice or Hot Docs (well regarded).
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to best practice, ethical behaviour and conduct.
