**The Role**
Due to continued business growth, Essendon Volkswagen have a rewarding opportunity for an Automotive Phone Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Used Vehicle Sales Team

To be successful, you will be self-motivated, financially driven and have a natural ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships with all Customers. You pride yourself in going that extra mile and providing an unparalleled premium customer experience constantly exceeding their expectations & reaping the financial rewards for all your hard work.

**About you**
- Handle incoming sales and purchasing enquiries for vehicles.
- Contact customers via phone with prepared scripts based on lead type and source.
- Generate new business through cold calling, mailing, and following up on referrals/leads.
- Understand customer objectives and buying criteria to build long-term partnerships.
- Provide detailed advice and service to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and explain extras, warranties, and services.
- Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating terms.
- Stay updated on vehicle features, trends, and regulatory changes.
- **Automotive or Dealership Experience is highly regarded.**
