Our client is a reputable family friendly insurance broker, specialising in supporting rural communities. This client has an exceptional reputation and put care at the forefront of all that they do.
**The Role**
As a Claims Specialist your duties will include, but are not be limited to:
- Managing a mixed portfolio of property and motor claims for small businesses
- Provide exceptional stakeholder management
- Determine liability within your authority;
- Calculate compensation;
- Provide support to the broader team in relation to office administration, telephone enquiries, processing, and credit control if required
**Hours**: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
**Salary**: $75,000- $85,000 Plus Super
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will offer:
- Strong experience in the General Insurance industry, including claims;
- Tier 1 qualification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
