**Our Firm**

Drive Legal is a firm built on professionalism, honesty, trust, and excellence. We are a law firm specialising in debt recovery for motor vehicle damage claims. We act on behalf of Plaintiff's to recover their losses as a result of the negligence of the other driver. Our firm adopts and uses an online based software which allows our team to work efficiently and flexibly, and yet collaboratively. We also act in multiple jurisdictions for our clients.

**About the Role**

As a Claims Specialist / Officer you will be responsible for the day-to-day carriage of motor vehicle debt recovery claims from start to end whilst working with our clients and team to ensure deadlines are met. Other responsibilities include:

- Handle both litigated and non-litigated matters.
- Negotiate on a daily basis with insurers, lawyers, and other parties in reaching the best outcome for our clients.
- Drafting documents for litigation.

**About You**

You are a down to earth and collaborative team player with a positive approach to your work along with your drive, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and love for what you do. You will have:

- A customer focussed approach along with a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- A willingness to learn, develop and grown within your role.
- Knowledge of the Insurance, Motor vehicle recovery industry, Debt Recovery is highly desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Have a commercial approach and ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
