About the Role
As a key member of our claims division, you will play an integral role in supporting the expansion of our presence as a TPA of choice for operators of substantial motor fleets across Australia and New Zealand.
This position would suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and can represent our clients professionally to enhance their reputation in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lodge claims and complete key initial activities including customer contact and information gathering
- Interpret coverage and determine claim eligibility, escalating as required
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to improve business outcomes
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls to ensure effective communication and maximise recoveries
- Respond to customer enquiries, call-back requests, emails, and correspondence promptly
- Maintain best practice claims handling procedures at all times
About You
- Tenacious phone skills with strong negotiation abilities
- Solid knowledge of Australian and New Zealand Road Rules
- Strong time management and ability to work with high volumes
- Confident overcoming objections and managing challenging conversations
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience and stakeholder engagement skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
- Willingness to undergo (or provide) a National Police Check
- Previous experience in motor claims administration is advantageous but not essential
