**Claims Operations Specialist**

**Location**:Hybrid / Sydney CBD

**Pay**:up to $110K + Super + Bonuses

A rewarding opportunity for a claims process professional to join an international insurance brand

**The Role**

Join a global general insurance working out of the APAC Head Office in Sydney. You'll be a key member and have the chance to work on a variety of operational projects to support the claims team. You'll work closely with the Operational Lead for optimal career development and training across UAT testing and process automation.

Responsible for management of improving processes and projects, as a Claims Operations Specialist you'll be providing operational support to the broader claims team. You'll represent the Claims team in managing a backlog of priority based tickets, and assist in troubleshooting.

**Key Skills/ Experience**

As a Claims Operations Specialist, you'll need to be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience in the General Insurance industry
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- High level customer service skills
