**The Opportunity**

In this role, you’ll manage your own portfolio of motor recovery and motor liability claims from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our clients, their customers and legal representatives, implementing strategies to settle claims efficiently while upholding our reputation and that of our clients. This is your chance to be part of a high-performing claims team supporting major fleet operators across **Australia and New Zealand**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of recovery claims including coverage assessment, reserve setting, dispute resolution, and settlements
- Liaise with clients, third parties, insurers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders
- Develop and execute recovery/settlement strategies to drive positive outcomes
- Meet internal KPIs and service delivery standards
- Ensure compliance with legal, SLA, and reporting requirements
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Support the evolution of best-practice claims procedures and recovery initiatives

**About You**
- Minimum **12 months of experience** in motor recovery or liability claims
- Solid knowledge of **Australian and New Zealand road rules**:

- Understanding of the **Insurance Contracts Act** and **General Insurance Code of Practice**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of customer service and professional conduct
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Team player with a proactive, results-focused approach
- **Full working rights in Australia** (As this is a Full-time perm role, Student Visa and Working Holiday Visa holders will not be considered)
- Willing to undergo or provide a **recent Police Check**

Pay: $53,777.45 - $89,141.63 per year
