We are seeking a
**Property Claims Specialist **to join our expanding Claims & Risk team working with a portfolio of claims.

Day to day you will be providing a high quality service involving:

- The effective management of a portfolio of claims;
- Accurate and efficient policy Interpretation;
- Managing and maintaining compliance of processes and service standards;
- Customer-centricity of our customers, clients and brokers as required.

**About you**

You are an experienced Claims Handler having previously worked within property claims. You are a detail oriented professional seeking to work as part of a knowledgeable and experienced team. You are a talented communicator who engages well face to face, over the phone and via written communications. You have
**exceptional attention to detail** and excellent time management skills, are highly organised and understand the importance of delivering a
**high quality service**.

You also possess demonstrated experience in the following:

- End to End to claims management - including liaison with loss adjusting, building assessors, claims handlers, support staff and Insurers (minimum of 2 years’ experience);
- Supply Chain management - Builders, Contractors etc;
- Process & Systems ability which underpin the above;
- Stakeholder Management;
- Demonstrated insurance claims knowledge;
- Excellent presentation, written & verbal communication skills;
- Broad ability to drive for results, focus on outcomes and well developed negotiation skills;
- Proven ability to deliver a high standard of service;
- Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.
