We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Digital Account Manager that’s keen to take their passion for the online space and their growth mindset into a digital marketing agency.

Just as importantly, we’re a business with a reputation for caring; both for our people and our customers. You will be joining a small, dynamic organisation in a full-time role and will be supported and mentored by an experienced Digital Director.

**About the role**

The primary focus of the Digital Account Manager is to:

- Develop a thorough understanding of the client to become an expert in their business, competitors, customers and market landscape.
- Respond to client briefs with effective strategies, leveraging your own growing digital knowledge and the expertise of our internal resources.
- Ensure that the strategy presented is in line with the client’s overall business strategy and that clients derive maximum value from our services.
- Oversee projects, briefing internal teams and external suppliers; ensuring key milestones are met in time and to budget.
- Always anticipate and resolve issues and be highly responsive to the clients that you serve.

**The day to day**

One minute you’ll be working with our videographer on our latest Reel, the next you’ll be deep-diving into optimisation opportunities with our digital specialists for paid campaigns.

We’ll lean on your creativity and love of digital to create new opportunities for clients, while providing you with an environment of collaboration to help foster your development in the digital space.

The digital account manager will:

- Work with management to develop proposals, quotes and respond to RFP documents.
- Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes, via manager mentoring and self-directed learning.
- Attend and report on project status at team huddles.
- Perform other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Digital Director.

**A little about you**:

- You’ve been referred to as a “people person” - highly proficient communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills including inbox management. Experience using project management tools such as Trello preferred but not essential.
- Account management experience - preferably in a digital setting and to business managers. You can demonstrate your previous success in developing customer relationships.
- You have strong attention to detail; an affinity for data and an ability to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks
- Interest in continual personal development - the digital space changes quickly and we’d like to move with it
- Dairy experience preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
