The Role

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented
Marketing Manager
to join our team during a key trading period, supporting Oroton and Oroton Outlet. This is a pivotal role where you'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of high-impact campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale channels. Your work will directly influence customer engagement, sales performance, and brand growth during our most important trading window.

This is a
full-time, contract
position commencing
October 2025 until February 2026.
This role will be based in our
Chippendale
Support Office in Sydney.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the peak trade marketing communications calendar, aligning brand, product, and promotional initiatives across all channels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of PR, influencer, and ambassador strategies, including partnerships, outreach, and performance tracking.
  • Deliver compelling local events, activations, and in-store experiences that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of brand and trade marketing campaigns, turning insights into action.
  • Oversee omni-channel execution by collaborating closely with eCommerce, Retail, and Customer Care teams and external partners (agencies, media, department stores)

Our ideal candidate:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role, ideally within premium retail, fashion, accessories, or beauty.
  • Deep understanding of digital-first, omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to balance brand storytelling and sales performance.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset — able to turn performance data into strategic improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume trade environment with shifting priorities.
  • A confident communicator who can influence, collaborate, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
