**The Role**:
We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, helping in pitch work, experiential campaign admin and executing our regular suite of social-media products for live events. You will work alongside other marketing communications creatives in a supporting role to nurture client relationships and get results.

The Account Coordinator manages the booking process from the point of sales sign-off through to post-event reporting with the client. You’re responsible for ensuring client communication is open and transparent at every step of the process, while keeping the wider team and your clients on-time with project timelines.

As the liaison between the internal team and clients, the Account Coordinator’s role is to manage timelines, budgets, output quality and team resources to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly. **Who & what we’re looking for**:

- A “can-do” attitude, autonomous self-belief and a team player
- Organised, detail-oriented and system-focused
- Demonstrated experience in project management or like field a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- An understanding of CRM systems would be beneficial - must have Excel, Google Sheets or AirTable understanding at a basic level
- Ability and desire to develop Client Relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making ability and capacity to exercise sound judgment and diplomacy
- Ability to work under pressure with a smile and the support of a young, bright and winning team
- Experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Sales support - proactively identifying new opportunities for agency growth, assisting with data entry into the sales CRM
- Admin & logistics - working with wider account management team to secure all event logistics, artwork creative, pre-event runsheets, post event reporting etc
- Staffing management of casual staffing with our sister agency, Polite People
- Innovation in the social, tech & experiential activation space - braining storming & sales pitch sessions

This is a full-time hybrid role with the option to WFH 2 days a week. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
