**Responsibilities**
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

**Qualifications**
- Previous account management experience

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Subcontract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chippendale, NSW 2008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Relationship management: 5 years (preferred)
