This Canberran family law firm is seeking for an experienced Legal Receptionist to work in a full-time role on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**
We have an opportunity for a motivated legal Receptionist to join our growing law firm on a permanent full-time basis. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients at reception
- Assist in managing communications with clients and externals
- Preparation of legal documentation
- Opening & closing files, as well as file management
- Processing billing & client invoices
- Teamwork and the ability to work solo on some tasks as required
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with LEAP Legal Software would be an advantage
