**Your Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional Boardroom waiter/Receptionist to join our team on a permanent and full time basis.
Based in the Canberra CBD, you will be reporting to the Client services co-ordinator.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Deliver first class reception and waiter service to our client floors- Cater for meetings, functions and occasionally after work events- Purchase and order ad-hoc catering and stock management- Maintain cleanliness in all areas- Set up meeting rooms and provide coffee and soft drink beverages- Assist in kitchen duties such as pre-cooked meals- Proactively manage Event Management System (EMS) booking system- Record charges for services provided through EMS- Process invoices and other relevant admin tasks- First point of contact for all AV equipment and associated services- Assist with troubleshooting, AV testing and escalation as required- Adhering to all firm policies and procedures, in particular confidentiality and WH&S, including Covid Safe Policies
**More About You**- 1-3 years' experience as a waiter and/or receptionist in a professional services environment- Immaculate grooming and personal presentation- Experience working in a fast paced environment delivering premium service- Barista and coffee making skills would be an advantage- Being tech savvy would be an advantage- Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Word and Excel- A strong commitment to teamwork and reliable- Food Safety supervisor certificate, R.S.A. Competency card, First Aid Certificate and Fire Warden experience would be an added bonus
