ALG currently has an excellent opportunity available for a skilled **Technical Administrator** specialising in aviation. This position is based at **Mascot Airport** and offers a unique chance to enter or further expand your exposure within the aviation industry by working with a prominent commercial airline.

This is a casual contract offering full time hours. As Technical Administrator you will enjoy the benefits of an open-ended contract and work on a Monday to Friday schedule, following a regular shift from 0700 to 15:30.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Efficiently tracking project logistics and ensuring the timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Skilfully preparing and managing various documentation, such as invoices and purchase orders.
- Coordinating supply chain procedures to ensure the highest level of delivery quality for our projects.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
- Overseeing warehouse stock levels and promptly placing orders when necessary.
- Providing precise and timely information on project developments.
- Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry, preferably aviation-related (desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- A proven eye for detail and a strong commitment to accurate reporting.
- Experience in documentation control and compliance management.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to undergo a background security check (ASIC).
- Willingness to comply with medical requirements, including drug and alcohol testing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to full compliance with all work rules and regulations.
