Steve Watson and Partners is a leading and highly respected national Building Surveying and Consultancy firm known for delivering efficient, professional and innovative services to our clients. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra, our team of Building Regulations Consultants, Fire Safety Assessors, Registered Certifiers, Building Surveyors play a key role in ensuring compliance throughout the design and construction process.

About You:

You are proactive, business support professional who takes pride in both your work and your workplace. You'll play an important role in supporting our Technical and Administration teams, adding real value to a well-established organisation that genuinely values its people.

Key Responsibilities

Expected responsibilities include:

· Providing technical administrative support to technical and administration staff

· Use and manage in house and external software, such as BCS, and the NSW ePlanning Portal

· Prepare and collate statutory paperwork

· Provide clients with general assistance in a professional manner

· Prepare fee proposals and expressions of interests and tenders on a variety of projects

· Other administrative duties as directed

Skills and Experience

· Adaptability

· Demonstrate excellent attention to detail

· Good use of time management

· Enjoy solving problems

· Learn quickly and retain new information effectively

· Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Work well both autonomously and in a team environment

· Comfortable using Microsoft software and navigating new software systems

· Present themselves in a professional and polished manner
