Job Description:
**Technical/Operational Lead**

This role is primarily responsible ensuring platform is operational and available to business. Ensuring that the technical aspects of the project align with the goals and requirements defined by the product owner and stakeholders. Technical Lead coordinates with the vendor and other squads for any technical changes or updates to the Asset Finance platform. This is a leadership role requiring leading technical support analyst for delivery of day to day operational and support activities.

Required Skills Technical Expertise Deep understanding of the technology stack being used Windows platform, SQL Server including administration, reporting and agent services, SOAP and REST API, Good knowledge of Integration between Systems Must have understanding of Netsol CMS system architecture and technical landscape. Database Administration Knowledge of database management and administration including security, job monitoring and optimization. Vendor Management Ability to effectively liaise with vendors. This includes negotiation skills and understanding of vendor landscape in the asset finance domain. Leadership Ability to lead a team, and ensure alignment with the goals and requirements defined by the product owner and stakeholders. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical decisions, requirements, and priorities to the team, stakeholders, and vendors. Operational Management Ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes problem-solving skills, process improvement, and crisis management. Stakeholder Management Ability to manage expectations of various stakeholders, balance conflicting requirements, and advocate for the technical vision. Analytical Skills Ability to analyze and make decisions based on project metrics, user feedback, and market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
