Our client is seeking a Technical and Administration manager to join their team.

The Technical and Administration manager is responsible for support and services to software and hardware, network systems, Information Technology, as well as meeting customer satisfaction, service and quality delivery to enhance their business product offerings. A Technical and Administration manager ensures that the team have the latest knowledge to implement current and new technologies to be used within the business environment and gives professional guidance to their customers.

Duties and responsibilities
- Resolve any issues with EFT & pre-paid airtime vouchers as part of their integrated solution (VAS)
- Ensure that client sign acceptance of equipment before commencing the task.
- Deliver a tidy operational hardware replacement
- Plan, develop, deploy, test and optimise network and system services, taking responsibility and management of operational readiness of network systems, including multiple operating system environments and configurations, and provides troubleshooting and fault-finding analysis for software, ITC software systems, ITC hardware and network problems.
- Develop and Deploy networks and ensure they are running to optimal levels.
- Establish the networking environment by designing system. configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
- Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment.

Skills and experience
- POS, Retail (FMCG) knowledge / experience (Admin / Back Office position) (Advantageous)
- 5+ year's client-interfacing work experience
- Managerial, administration and soft skills (Advantageous)
- Microsoft Skills
- A+ N+ / MCSE / Diploma / Degree
- SQL Knowledge (an advantage)
- Ability to impart product information / training to end-users at various levels.
- Hardware and Software experience
- Experience in cabling implementation
- Ability to travel and work long hours - MUST be willing to work weekends, standby & overtime.
- Own vehicle
- Valid license

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
