Our client is a leading national retailer undergoing a major transformation with innovation at the forefront of their mind. They are looking for an experienced Program Administrator to support the team with a major program of work.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Program Office team members
- Provide support to broader resource management processes and assist with Program on-boarding/off-boarding activities.
- Produce consolidated reporting, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, and summary of costs incurred
- Manage the Risk, Issue, and Change Plan
- Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards
- Manage the support and provision of project tools, equipment, and accommodation.
- Provide overall support to all Project Resources
- Assist with the financial management of the project.

**Key requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with program/project management life cycle, methodologies, and administrative support processes
- Experience working on a large Program and fast-paced environment
- Project Management qualifications are highly desirable
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to work autonomously ensuring deadlines are met on time
- Experience in project financial management
