As we continue to expand, we are looking for candidates to join our Auditing team. Are you a self-starter with Administration experience? Are you interested in Food Quality Assurance and Compliance? If you are seeking your next challenge in a hands-on and varied role, this position may be for you
Reporting to the Technical and Certification Manager, you will provide day to day administrative support for multiple Food Safety Programs within the Food Safety Certification Industry.
Role:
- Establish and deliver excellent customer service to clients, auditors and industry stakeholders.
- Generate and maintain audit scheduling (including monthly proposal generation).
- Administrate assigned programs, action issues and monitor KPIs to ensure expectations and compliance is being met.
- Process reports, issue certificates, and data entry on multiple online portals/databases.
- Process invoicing.
- Actively engage prospective clients and build client base.
- Liaise with Audit Program Manager as required regarding ongoing responsibilities, workflow processes/procedures and targets.
- Provide back-up support to other programs as and when required.
- Attend internal/external audits, and contribute to the overall compliance of the program to set standards.
Successful Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience (essential).
- Basic understanding of Food Safety and/or quality management principles and compliance (desirable).
- Knowledge of basic Accounting/Invoicing practices.
- Robust understanding of client service principles and application.
- Ability to build relationships across different levels of the business including key external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to re-prioritise timelines as required in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to team objectives.
- Comfortable using multiple online platforms.
- Willingness to grow and develop skills as applicable to the industry.
