About the role
As our Program Administrator - FSP, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to the FSP team, ensuring smooth program operations and registrar support. Reporting to the Team Lead - FSP, you’ll manage correspondence, schedule assessments, track registrar progress and maintain accurate program data. Working closely with the Program Officer - FSP, Medical Educators, and operations teams, the role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, customer service, and enquiry triage skills.
**As our Program Administrator - FSP you’ll also**:
provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling assessments, and maintaining records.
assist program registrars by responding to enquiries and guiding them through administrative processes.
track registrar progress and ensure accurate data management in collaboration with internal teams.
coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and support the team with general administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience in administrative roles, ideally in education or health.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
