About North East Link
North East Link is the biggest ever investment in Melbourne's north-east - changing the way people move around Melbourne.
Victoria's longest road tunnels will fix the missing link in our city's freeway network, take 15,000 trucks off local roads a day and slash travel times by up to 35 minutes. We'll also complete the Ring Road in Greensborough, overhaul the Eastern Freeway, build Melbourne's first dedicated busway and the North East Trail - more than 34km of walking and cycling paths.
About the Opportunity

As our next Quality ad Completions Administrator, you will be inspired to provide high level administrative, secretariat and document management support for the Quality team within the North East Link Program (NELP).
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play a vital role in:
1. Providing administrative support including preparing documents and reports, monitoring incoming correspondences and transmittals, and other general tasks as required.
2. Managing and maintaining local records and document management databases and assist team members with electronic records management.
3. Coordinating review of Quality and Completion deliverables within internal stakeholders including preparation and tracking of review forms, monthly reporting, and closing out of actions/issues raised by senior management.
This position is based in our Heidelberg office.
About You

- Proactive and self-starting, with an ability to autonomously complete administration and document management duties in a deadline-driven environment.
- Capable of building effective working relationships with varied stakeholders and possess strong interpersonal acumen.
- Highly organised, with an ability to follow and develop robust systems and procedures to guide work and track progress.
