**About the role**

We’re seeking an ICT Support Officer to deliver responsive, reliable, and customer-focused IT support across the Codan Group. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT issues, resolving tickets quickly and efficiently while maintaining high service standards. **Key responsibilities will include**:

- Deliver face-to-face IT support for staff based in the Adelaide office.
- Triage helpdesk issues by answering calls, managing tickets, and prioritising or escalating as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure effective solutions.
- Maintain and improve documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
- Contribute to special projects that enhance processes, tools, and systems across the business.
- Ensure all activities align with Codan’s Quality Operating System and business standards.
- Foster strong professional relationships and clear communication across teams.

The role requires well-developed diagnostic, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and time management skills, underpinned by a collaborative, self-motivated, and adaptable approach.
