About the Role
This role is responsible delivering and maintaining optimum working environments for Avant staff.
**The principle purposes of the position are to**:

- Manage the working environments for all Avant staff to provide a productive and safe workplace
- Lead a team to deliver high quality service

Key Challenges
- Managing premises across six geographical locations
- Stakeholder management
- Providing high quality service across diverse departmental needs
- Achieving Avant’s preferred culture of a high performing organization with ‘the right people in the right roles with the right competencies for the right outcomes for our members’.

**Key Accountability for the role includes**:

- Office Management: Responsible for the delivery of efficient and cost effective premisesmanagement to provide an optimum working environment for Avant staff;
- Office Maintenance: Liaise with senior management, personnel and external service providers as necessary to fulfil the role and to resolve issues in a timely and professional

manner;
- Office Services: Ensure administrative services are provided for staff such as office supplies and kitchen supplies
- Workplace Strategy: Setting and implementing strategic plans for the provision of premises to align with the business plans of the organisation;
- Lease Management: Ensure execution of the strategic plan by managing the lease profile across all states including negotiation and ongoing management of leases and lease payments
- Project / Fitout: Responsible for the end to end process for fitouts including such activities as budget and cost administration, project management, oversight of the design and

construction management process and relocation activities.
Management of all direct reports and associated responsibilities to ensure the best and most effective performance of the team.
**To be successful you will have**:
