This exciting ASX listed organisation are continuing to invest in their journey across innovation and new technologies which will enable them to bring world leading processes to the Australian retail industry. To contribute to this success they are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager based in one of their key sites, based in Sydney.

**The Role**

***
Reporting through to the National Facilities Manager and forming part of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the site assets and service management, delivering quality asset management, maintenance, service, and improved life cycle value for the business in line with the FM strategy.
- Managing the requirements of the site FM contractor services performance in facilities management, technical procurement, project management and engineering disciplines.
- Review & update service contracts and maintenance schedules.
- Conceptualise and implement lean initiatives that result in cost savings.
- Manage safety inductions of contractors on site.

In order to be successful for this role you will be;
- Strong stakeholder management working cross functionally both with internal and strategic partners.
- Experience within a manufacturing or process environment, ideally in a similar capacity.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Positively aligned toward working to strong health and safety standards and practices.
