**The Company**
Our client is a well-established property development group with a portfolio of retail and commercial assets nationally. Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility over the operations of a key shopping centre and other assets.

**The Role**
- Ensuring the safety of all occupants
- Tenancy coordination with ingoing and outgoing tenants
- Liaison with architects, development team and others
- Contractor liaison and work order management
- Effective communication with retailers regarding facilities matters
- Managing the expense budget - CAPEX & OPEX

**Skills & Experience**
- Prior facilities/operations experience in retail centres
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective budget management
- Monthly reporting
