Due to internal promotions we have an exciting opportunity for a **Facilities Manager **to join our key account.

The roles will be based in **Randwick, NSW.**

**To be successful for the required Security Clearance, you must be an Australian Citizen.**
- Manage the delivery of the service agreement and financial performance to ensure that KPI’s are achieved
- Maintain systems capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders
- Manage maintenance planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, services, and activities
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide technical and management service support to the client including the development of technical reports

Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated facilities management experience in the management of maintenance activities & multiple sites
- Proven ability in working within an integrated services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage contractors
- Able to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders

Desirable
- Qualified or experienced in Facilities Management.
