In this full-time permanent role, you will be the Account Manager servicing the North-East Melbourne region, working closely with our clinical and operational teams to support our current portfolio of referrers, while expanding and growing the region. You will have autonomy to take charge of the North-East and make an impact in line with the business goals to drive meaningful change. This is a sales driven and customer service role, where you will also be responsible in achieving set individual KPIs while reporting directly to the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager.
**Who You Are**:We're looking for someone who embodies the following**:

- Sales Specialist: You have a proven track record in sales/account management, within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Your experience is backed by a history of exceeding targets and delivering results.
- Healthcare Enthusiast: Your passion for healthcare drives you to make a difference. You understand the importance of strong relationships and are skilled at building and maintaining them.
- Goal-Oriented Achiever: You're motivated by success and have a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs, making you a valuable asset to any team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Account Management: Manage the clinic area, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Sales Growth: You will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth within the Melbourne East region. Collaborate closely with our operational and clinical teams to achieve this goal.
- Relationship Building: Strengthen existing relationships and forge new ones with key referrers. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in maintaining positive connections.
- Referral Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase referrals. Work directly with referrers to ensure positive outcomes for our patients.
