We are seeking a Project Officer to join the Records Management Transformation project within Digital Business Group (DBG), which is part of CHDE's Strategy and Corporate Services branch.

**Activities specific to this role include**:

- Identifying and analysing a range of information sources to form recommendations on records management capability uplift.
- Developing select internal processes to support continuous improvement of the department's records management.
- Building and maintaining effective and positive relationships with stakeholders across the department, and providing advice, support, and guidance regarding queries.
- Deliver records management training and awareness activities to build the department's capability in contemporary records management in a digital environment.
- Supporting the planning, procurement, and implementation of records management related technology investments where required.
- Preparing quality written briefings and documents including reports, briefing notes, and correspondence in relation to program objectives.
- Managing routine reporting on the department's records management performance.
