The role duties include, and are not limited to:

- Assist with crucial project requirements and implement prompt corrective action to ensure all client requirements are met
- Present as the main point of contact for your particular work packages and escalate when blockers arise
- Managing allocation of works to subcontractors and materials of work
- Maintain records and update tracking sheets associated with construction activities in the work management system
- General administrative duties and troubleshooting to support the project team

**Project: NBN N2P Fiber Upgrade Project - 5 years project - after 6 months contract the role has the potential to be ongoing/perm.**

**About you**

Your tertiary qualification, previous experience within the Telecommunications industry and demonstrated understanding of project coordination and management principles together with a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail give you the essentials for the role.

In addition, you must have:

- Previous Telecommunications experience (preferably NBN)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Index match, etc.)
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage concurrent tasks to strict deadlines
- Keen to start a career and get into the workplace
