**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with the Internal stakeholders for scoping and implementation of projects
- Proactively identify and manage project risks to ensure that the planned outcomes of the project can be achieved.
- Ensure projects are correctly setup within the project management framework
- Prepare and get approval for each project's monthly status report
- Receive, record, and distribute information to the relevant branches and committees
- Prepare reporting on the progress of the projects from Idea/scoping phase to handover
- Manage the handover of the projects to major projects ensuring the clients requirements are properly communicated to the stakeholders of the project

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in recreation, sport administration, project management, landscape architecture or a related field is highly regarded
- Double vaccination certificate
- Drivers License
