**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our Sydney Inhabit team. Reporting to the Regional Manager - NSW, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and project support to the team. This diverse role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your personal and professional skills.

We are open to offering this role on a part-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective financial project control and management.
- Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
- Provide office support, including office supplies procurement, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.
- Debtor management, inclusive of assisting with debt collection, creation of invoices.
- Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.
- Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
- Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved

**What do we need from you**
- Prior experience in an office administration role.
- Experience in project coordination highly desired
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
- Experience within invoicing highly desired
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
