About Delivering for Customers (SAF JV)

Delivering for Customers (SAF JV) is a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. Over the next 6 years we are partnering with Sydney Water to desilt and rehabilitate Sydney's Critical Sewer assets in the South - a once in a generation program of work that will optimise the performance of these critical assets and preserve them for another 50 years of operation. This unique program will create a range of exciting roles and opportunities for career development and progression. About the opportunity

The SAF Program/Project Admin will support the delivery of the SAF program and projects.

This role will require you to liaise with SAF Functional Leads, project managers and engineers, which typically includes tasks such as:

  • Raising PO requisitions and receipting after the job is complete
  • Adding operational resources to projects in InEight and Timesheet governance
  • Uploading and downloading claims in InEight and SWDelivery Portal
  • Assisting the Construction Project Team with administrative tasks to support the project including Safety, Environment, Quality and Community
  • Establishing and maintaining projects/site office workspaces with office supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining site records
  • Organising team and program wide meetings and event logistics
  • Other general broad scope project/program administration duties

About you

  • 3+ years project administration experience
  • Previous experience supporting Project Controls, Cost Control or Finance functions highly regarded
  • Experience in InEight, Jobpac is highly regarded
  • Recent work experience on construction projects desirable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • White Card
  • Drivers License is desirable
