Ventia's Mobilisation Manager is looking for a skilled Project Administrator to help with mobilising an exciting new contract in the Transport Sector. This opportunity will be for the next 5 months working Full-time hours across Monday to Friday.

What's on offer
- As soon as possible start on a 5-month project based between the West End and Kedron Office, with opportunity of occasional working from home.
- Competitive rate of $50-$55 per hour.

About the role
- Produce project reports as required.
- Track progress against the mobilisation program in Microsoft Project
- Coordinate the development of project management plans and other project documentation.
- Support the People and Culture team to onboard new employees.
- Other general administration tasks as required including document formatting, taking minutes of meetings, ordering PPE, coordinating with IT to make sure new employees have tools of trade and systems access.

About you
- It will be ideal that you have experience in Microsoft Project on Gantt charts.
- You're a self-starter, good at engaging and working with people across different areas of the business.
- Experience in Project Management in an Engineering discipline would be well regarded.
