As the L&D Coordinator within our Workforce Australia Services team, you can be based at any of our offices across Brisbane. For this role, you will be focusing on enhancing performance and ensuring compliance is met across three Employment Regions - Somerset, Wivenhoe, and the Gold Coast. Your goal is to develop our staff by sharing the knowledge and tools they may need to succeed in their role.

Much of the training and support you deliver will be face to face but can also be remote using Microsoft Teams as necessary. The training you deliver is to ensure our staff are equipped with contractual and procedural knowledge. You will also provide staff have the “know-how” to motivate clients, build effective relationships with employers and ultimately achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

While a focus of this role is to coach new Employment Consultants as they join the APM team, you will also deliver ongoing training to long term staff on any new programs, systems and processes.

**What we need from you**:
Energy, positivity and ability to build rapport quickly

Comprehensive understanding of the Workforce Australia Services contract (or the ability to rapidly obtain understanding through experience in other Employment Services programmes)

The ability to be self-directed and self-managed

Exceptional communication skills
- both written and verbal

Experience with coaching and guiding others

A reasonably good head for using technology, including use of Microsoft Office Suite

You will be supported by our national L&D team, and your expertise and creativity will also find an outlet in the delivery of national webinar training and development of innovative training materials.
