Understand national training package requirements and RTO obligations ( Beneficial). Demonstrate highly developed and advanced administrative skills. Have advanced computer skills across a wide range of administrative, coordination and marketing software platforms. Tasks & responsibilities Coordinate the planning and delivery of training courses and sessions. Provide support and guidance to students and employers throughout the entire training journey including identifying and selecting training courses, supporting learning needs and managing student liaison activities through to completion. Coordinate and manage trainers and assessors to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with RTO Standards and internal policies and procedures.
