**The role**:
The ultimate success of the role will be determined by the extent the business can scale rapidly, but in year 1 the primary objective will be to leverage established customers to secure high quality Customer wins, whilst training a sales force to optimise new business opportunities and new distribution channels.

Key responsibilities for the role include: *
- Collaborate with the sales teams to maximise opportunity in their ecosystem
- Embed themselves to support the JV partner’s sales and business plans to establish the business as a strategic, long term partner.
- Develop and drive the sales footprint in the established territory - supporting plans to deliver the required growth.
- Deliver the assigned sales targets
- Develop the portfolio using available internal and external resources, supporting JV partner’s
account management teams to increase revenue opportunities
- Take full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting for the territory.
- Assist with coordination of proposals, app and product demonstrations, legal contracts and software mobilisation and ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Deepen and broaden the customer network, identifying new contacts including c-level and senior business stakeholders
Maintain continuity and up-to-date knowledge of the service offering, industry trends, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target markets.

- Minimum 3 + years experience delivery of sales target in a new business
- Demonstrated experience selling enterprise, healthcare and/or SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated experience selling at the C-Suite level and FTSE 500 companies.
- Ability to be a trusted adviser with a well-developed consultative selling
- Demonstrable ability to leverage internal resources for the execution of Territory plans.
- People-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills and a proven track record of growing a sales territory through a channel partner and direct.
- Demonstrated success in understanding the Value Based sales cycle (Discovery to Close).
- Critical thinker who is curious, able to ask questions and challenge with strong creative problem solving skills.
- Experience of SME/start up environment is desirable
- People-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills and a proven track record of growing a territory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
