**About the Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively generate new leads through strategic cold calling methods, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients for the business.
- Vet new leads and add all relevant details of inquiries to the CRM database.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Review LCA reports and develop, send, and follow up on quotes for sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Develop weekly and monthly Installation Sales Reports for the Installation team.
- Follow up on testimonials, Google Reviews, and customer feedback forms.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in phone sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in the CRM software, Capsule, highly regarded

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
