Lead Document Controller Opportunity - SOR

Hays is working with a well known Oil & Gas company, who is looking for an experienced Lead Document Controller to join their busy team

**Your new role**

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Maintain specific PIM documentation such as the master document register and distribution matrix.
- Work along side contractors document control team to establish tools and the process to deliver document control to company standards.
- Where required, lead a team of document controllers.
- Provide guidance and training on document control tools.
- Raise any issues/ risks to document control delivery.
- Maintain project documentation control, covering audits, transmission and the distribution of documentation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar document control services role.
- Experience working on projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong understanding of the document lifestyle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with other departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to establish and implement document management systems.
