**JOB TITLE: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintain schedule for creating databases for tracking all technical and non-technical documents and provide status update on a regular basis.
- Manage the control, processing and distribution of all documentation entering and leaving the company/ project as per the relevant company/project procedures, fully utilising the relevant systems and implementing relevant QC checks.
- Receive technical drawings from various discipline engineers and ensure revision accuracy before issuing to the client/Vendor & any third parties.
- Assist with setup and implement EDMS for head office/site and engineering support centers.
- Prepare all project document control related procedures during the entire duration of a project.
- Issue regular reports to clients on drawings status, technical query status and exception reporting.
- Issue regular reports to project, engineering, and construction teams on overdue documents from client, vendor and also issue statistical vendor document status.
- Distribute internally copy of transmittals within the project team and site as per distribution matrix assigned.
- Assist the company in conducting any competence assessments and technical audits.
- Assist the company in the development and maintenance of all new and existing document control processes and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and expedite for timely submission of all documents.
- Answer all day to day queries from project teams with regards to document status.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described in support of the department.

**KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficient in the use of MS office programs
- Quality control and compliance to document control procedures
- Familiar with administrative processes involved in engineering and procurement activities.
- Previous working experience in a project document control position

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
