Temporary Document Controller Opportunity
**Your new company**
Hays is working with a well-known Oil and Gas company. They are seeking an experienced document controller, to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be part of a team working collaboratively on a variety of projects.
**Your new role**:
- Assisting the Document Control Lead in the implementation of the project document control system (ALIM).
- Aid with the creation of workflows and work instructions.
- Hands-on Document Control Management of project design and vendor data.
- Registration, QAQC, revision control, and distribution of all electronic deliverables, ensuring traceability throughout the document lifecycle.
- Development and implementation of distribution matrices.
- Generate status and expediting reports of internal and external deliverables.
- Engagement with contractors regarding document control interface.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A flexible approach to Document Control and project work across multiple and diverse project phases.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high working standard.
- An understanding of the construction or Oil and Gas sectors.
