As a result, we are expanding our national retail leadership team to ensure the right resource exists to have the biggest impact on our customer’s hearing health. In the role of **Regional Business Manager **you will have full headcount and P&L accountability for a collection of clinics across SA. With responsibility for **revenue growth** and **exceptional **employee **and **customer **experience**.

To hit the ground running you’ll have prior experience in** multi-site retail management. **You’ll be comfortable using sales data and analytics to generate insights and make important decisions that affect sales. You’ll be the person that brings energy to people - whether you’re leading teams, collaborating with others in our business, or engaging the local community to build our profile.

You might be working in an Area Management role in an aligned allied-health retail business, or in a more generalist retail setting. You’ll enjoy **driving toward sales** **outcomes **and thrive with a remit of clearly defined **commercial accountability**. This is a purpose-oriented role in a team that has a cracking culture and passionate customer orientation.

**Locations covering**

We have some amazing clinic locations across VIC & TAS including Moonah, Devonport, Launceston, Malvern, Balywn, Brighton and Eltham
- WSA/bloom hearing is committed to complying with all government directions, guidance, and mandates in relation to COVID-19.
