**_The Role:_**

As Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the Employment Group teams, driving business growth, and ensuring that clients receive high-quality and valuable solutions to meet their needs. We are looking for a passionate leader with experience in across multiple verticals and disciplines.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Lead our VIC & TAS teams during this exciting time of change to align with strategic national Group initiatives
- Hire additional headcount people and build out capability of the teams, together with expanding our reach by opening further office locations
- Manage the day-to-day sales activity and set targets in alignment with business goals and commercial drivers
- Lead from the front, getting your hands dirty to ensure continuous growth, maximising business opportunities to enhance profitability and market share
- Full management of the regions P&L

**_What You Need to Be Successful:_**

The successful applicant will be a self-starter who thrives in a sales environment and pays strong attention to detail.
- Ideally, a strong local network and previous experience in selling recruitment and/or professional service solutions
- Strong communication skills to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative and proactive approach to work, consistently striving to exceed client expectations
- Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies

The role will be based in the Employment Group offices in our **Mulgrave office** and will require travel to our Tasmania office as well as at times travel to multiple client sites. As such it is essential that you have a current drivers licence.
